Delivery
We process your order within 1-2 business days. Your order will then be shipped, which can take 2-8 business days. You can always track your order using the tracking number sent to your email after purchase.

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a That's Mine product with a defect or if the product has broken, please contact customer service as soon as possible at hello@thatsmine.dk with the following information:
- Order number
- Brief description of the defect
- Pictures of the defect
No. If the product was purchased from a That's Mine retailer, i.e., not at www.thatsmine.dk/thatsmine.com, the retailer must be contacted.
That's Mine does not accept items purchased from other retailers.

Unfortunately, it is only possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse.
